Awful, awful company. They will assess fees for services you never ordered, and have continuously contacted me post-refinance to say I'm late on payments. I don't even have a mortgage with them anymore (and they were VERY slow to provide any payoff information). It has been awful doing business with them, which, by the way, I never chose to do business with as they bought our mortgage.
