CCM hit me with a credit ding and fees following the post office damaging my check. Matt Gregg’s prompt response time and attention to detail is elite. I work in the insurance industry and just had a question about a payment due on a policy from the mortgage company. It’s not really even in his role to address this but instead of forwarding on he tracked down the payment and had an answer to me in a couple minutes. It’s the kind of detail and service you will get if he’s your mortgage lender.
