Wife and I just closed a few days ago. It was done in 30 days and this team was ON IT. Briar was there every step of the way and I never went more than a few hours without getting a response. Doug was super thorough in covering logistics and making sure that I had the best information to make the best decision. Whitney helped me get all of the documentation into underwriting, and made sure we had everything we needed to help us close! Fantastic team!

They messed up on my escrow calculations and now my mortgage jumped an extra $600 a month for their screw up. I do not recommend.

This is not a good mortgage company to buy a house with. After issuing us a $1800 ish escrow check due to an accounting error. We got a letter stating our mortgage payments had increased $166 a month. So now due to there error they say our escrow balance is negative so we have to now repay the Monies they paid us back in error the first time—with interest. Will be refinancing when it makes sense. Don’t use them
