shady practice
They messed up on my escrow calculations and now my mortgage jumped an extra $600 a month for their screw up. I do not recommend.

This is not a good mortgage company to buy a house with. After issuing us a $1800 ish escrow check due to an accounting error. We got a letter stating our mortgage payments had increased $166 a month. So now due to there error they say our escrow balance is negative so we have to now repay the Monies they paid us back in error the first time—with interest. Will be refinancing when it makes sense. Don’t use them
Excellent lender to work with with for your mortgage or refinance. They provide superior customer service and their loan officer Jen W. Is very knowledgeable.
