Holds payoff statements hostage for unknown reason. Unable to get it online, their representatives promise it within 2 business days but don’t deliver. I had a representative on the phone who had the payoff statement on her pc but was unable to release it to me directly. had to go through their back office. If they can’t handle something so basic, why should anyone trust that they can do the rest of what they’re supposed to do?
Wife and I just closed a few days ago. It was done in 30 days and this team was ON IT. Briar was there every step of the way and I never went more than a few hours without getting a response. Doug was super thorough in covering logistics and making sure that I had the best information to make the best decision. Whitney helped me get all of the documentation into underwriting, and made sure we had everything we needed to help us close! Fantastic team!

They messed up on my escrow calculations and now my mortgage jumped an extra $600 a month for their screw up. I do not recommend.
