1 star is too much for this review, but this is the lowest I could go. It is impossible to get them on the phone when you have a mortgage with them. If you have a credit on your account, they will not refund you. Excuses, excuses, excuses is all I get and waiting for a wire for week now that has not come. Steer clear of this lender. Use anyone else for better service. I still don't know where and when my money will be refunded to me. They lie over and over to your face.
