Stephen Steakley, the Regional Branch Manager in Texas is wonderful! I had tried unsuccessfully for days to reach someone that could help me resolve my issues signing into my account. Out of sheer desperation I reached out to him. Although that is not his area of expertise he got me in touch with someone that was able to resolve the problem within minutes. He was very kind and understanding in spite of my frustration.
Stephen is very knowledgeable and experienced, and I appreciate his efforts in getting the loan to closing. Improving consistency and responsiveness in communication would make the process even smoother. Overall, a solid experience.
