My loan was transferred to this place, I got a call from one of their reps two weeks ago who told me I had until the end of the month to pay the bill or have negative credit reporting, I do not pay over the phone unless I place the call myself to protect myself against identity theft. I was told I'd get information in the mail with loan info so I can create the online account and pay. Says no loan in my name when I try. Filled out interest through lending tree about a home equity loan. Within seconds cross country began calling. Answer and asked to be removed. Decided against a loan. They literally now call 6+ times a days. Highly annoying would not go with them simply to to this!
