Looking at the reviews I was a little skeptical but I knew Joey Morea from his previous industry and I knew he would take care of me as he always has. From the moment the process started until weeks after I closed on my property, Joey was on top of everything. He always followed up and found the answers for every question I had. They should have a "0" star option for this company! We worked with Eli Droir and he was rude arrogant and apparently incompetent. Eli pre approved me and my wife for a usda loan then preceded to charge us gor 2 appraisal fees before telling us we make to much money and he cant help us! And he knew our incomes from the very start. We eventually closed with a different company
