I have used Cross Country twice in the past 4 years and have had great success with Larry Montani’s team in obtaining a conventional mortgage with competitive rates. The team is so helpful and polite, they are quick to reply to my questions as well as quick to make sure the closings went smoothly. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future!

This is my second experience in dealing with Nick and his team. That alone should tell you how much I trust this group. He and his team make the mortgage process so easy and he is always available to answer any questions. I have recommended him to my family and friends as well!

Nick and his team are not only knowledgeable, but they are the most thoughtful, hands-on, caring people in the industry. They make mortgage lending a relationship business, although I believe this is more of their life philosophy than anything else. They are strong providers to the community and I'm glad to have them as a resource!

This is the second time we worked with Larry and his team. Larry and team were amazing in helping with the purchase of our home, and recently reached out when we could drop a whole point off of our interest rate. It was simple and is a good savings. We will never use another lender, as Larry and team are the best and work with integrity!
