Tiffany Earle was the poorest excuse for a loan officer, they could find. She gathered information and money fast gave my wife an approval, then transfers my wife's file from Legacy Home Loans over to this place. They charge you the appraisal fee fast, and they will also charge a reappraisal fee too. Also highest fee's in industry, this is common practice for this company. They should have a "0" star option for this company! We worked with Eli Droir and he was rude arrogant and apparently incompetent. Eli pre approved me and my wife for a usda loan then preceded to charge us gor 2 appraisal fees before telling us we make to much money and he cant help us! And he knew our incomes from the very start. We eventually closed with a different company
I had an outstanding experience with Joey, he kept us informed throughout the process. The entire experience was smooth, low pressure, andvery accommodating during the pandemic.
