We are now at the day of closing, and Cross Country Mortgage is just now bringing new concerns to the table—issues that should have been addressed much earlier in the process. Because of this, our closing is now delayed, affecting both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current one. This company is very unprofessional. They don’t know how to do their jobs, and will always put their faults at your expenses. We have 100% tax exemption and we always have had to do the extra mile on proving to them we have it even though the county and us have all de documentation submitted. They also paid to a different home insurance and paid twice to two different companies and we the clients had to do all the work and follow up for them to update the escrow analysis because they’re charging us up to $700 monthly for the... read more

One of the worst lenders I have ever used! Called 3 days before closing and said they couldn’t fulfill the loan.
