I was referred to Doug by friends, I gave him a call just to get answers and understand the process of purchasing a home. I have heard good things about Doug from one of Facebook's Livingston Home's groups, so I decided to go to him when I wanted to switch lender. This was my first time buying a home. From the moment we started the process Doug and Tom were awesome. They were there pretty much available anytime of the day that I needed anything. I could email them at 7/8 o'clock at night and receive a response when my expectation was to not see anything in till the next day. My whole experience was seamless even with problems that occurred.
