Gunnar Dunlap was the best. From the first conversation with him, he made me and my wife feel like buying a house is not as bad/hard as we thought. He told us exactly what to do to get our credit up and about 1 year later we gave him a call. So glad we did. We are happy with the house of our dreams. The whole Kimball Team was great. We got out bid, a few times, but was glad we did. The Kimball team got me pre approved quick and really made buying a house easy. Stop renting and start owning with the Kimball team.
