Completely Unprofessional. They took weeks to respond to any questions, then failed to answer those questions, wasted months of our time, and ran MULTIPLE credit inquiries. They were unapologetic and downright rude. There was never any explanation for not getting back to us for weeks at a time but they responded IMMEDIATELY when we said we decided to leave them. The only thing they did for us was waste our time and lower our credit score. There are no words for how frustrated I am by this whole process. Zero stars.
