Greg and his team are awesome! I had a situation where a buyer for my listing was not able to get his financing at the establishment who approved him. It was a VA loan and they denied him 1 day before our scheduled closing. Greg was able to get him quickly approved for his VA loan and our closing took place 7 days later. He was able to get it all done in 1 week!!!!! Truly amazing!!
