I was under contract on a home with a competitor lender and was told 3 days before the commitment date that finances were miscalculated and tens of thousands were owed at the closing table in order to move forward. Bridgette, Rich and Kevin from the Potter team saved the transaction. They were able to close in less than 2 weeks, I didn't have to come up with the extra cash at closing AND they had a better rate. This wouldn't have happened without them. Many thanks to this team!
Put simply, this is a horrible mortgage lender. Their website is difficult to use and the representatives are ill-equipped to handle questions. You enable auto-pay and still accrue late fees because funds are unapplied. Just an overall horrible experience. I am looking forward to transitioning to a new lender.

I was working on a loan with Dina Papantoniou. I gave her all the information she requested. Weeks went by without a response so I called her every week and everytime she would say, "I'll call you right back". I never got a call back.
