I was working on a loan with Dina Papantoniou. I gave her all the information she requested. Weeks went by without a response so I called her every week and everytime she would say, "I'll call you right back". I never got a call back.

Attended an online webinar , and was told to reach back out to get in touch to get an "instant approval". Once they asked me for all of my personal information through the phone they said someone will get back to me after they run my credit. I understand the office might be a little busy, so I called 3 weeks later and was told someone will call me when they can and scheduled me in for a call . months later no one has reached out ! they pulled my credit and got a couple of negative inquiries in my score now ! I used Mike Everson for my mortgage this year and it was the best experience I have had taking a loan. I have had quite a few other experiences with other mortgage brokers before, and they went well, but this experience was excellent. Highly recommend.
