They never return your calls and unable to even leave a voicemail. Takes them weeks to even get you what you asked for and then when you question what they sent doesn’t answer you back. They also promise you things but don’t give you the whole truth until you get ready to do it then find out it that it was to good to be true.

Getting a mortgage usually sounds like a nightmare, but Timothy made it feel like a breeze — like chatting with a friend who just happens to be a financial wizard. He handled all the confusing stuff so I didn’t have to pretend I understood it, and somehow stayed patient through my million questions. If you want someone who’s smart and actually makes the mortgage process less terrifying, Tim’s your guy. Highly recommend — and I’m still waiting for him to start offering therapy sessions with those calming vibes!
This place is very unprofessional. They repeatedly called me multiple times at all times throughout the day I asked to be removed from the call list and they continue to call me and then all I heard on the other end of the line was laughter
