Terrible. I was contacted by Eric the manager to follow up with my claim and then never heard back from him or Mike. Finally I worked with my insurance on my own and they said they would not pay the claim because this company has fraudulent claims in file and now Mike decided to reappear and he threaten to send me to their legal dept because he insists on me paying them for the work even though my insurance said I cannot work with them.
