I started this CrossFit gym just about a year ago. Came into it not knowing what to expect. This first couple of classes were tough, but after the first week I started getting the hang of things. The energy of this place is amazing, the music is amazing and the instructor is very hands on and willing to help. After a couple of months I started to see a complete difference in myself. It’s been 2 years since I left my first review about this gym! And my opinion is still the same. Rejane is an amazing instructor, she challenges you, pushes you to go harder to get better and stronger. If you want a trainer to inspire you she will! She’s looks amazing which is a huge inspiration plus she has the attitude that will put you to work! 😂I started coming to her gym with the intention to lose weight for my wedding and here I am 3 years later!
