STAY AWAY : If I could give 0 stars I would. Laurie at the front desk is nothing but rude and unprofessional to myself and kids. She even hung up the phone on me and sent my return call to voice mail after I questioned why I wasn’t told the dentist would not be in the office after I agreed to an appointment change, and had tried to requested a reschedule be a priority. Constant shifting of our kids to different hygienists without communication after we schedule 8+ months in advance to remain with the one who is good with our kids. Rude front desk staff regarding schedule changes and appointments on multiple occasions. Disappointed in treatment of our family since moving our kids to the practice. Would not recommend to families.
Dr. Palmer and her staff are the best! Thank you all for fitting me in and addressing my very sore tooth issue. The entire staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy I chose Dr. Palmer as my dentist!
