Our family is extremely satisfied with the services and compassionate care provided by Crossbridge Dental. The doctor and support staff are excellent at explaining treatment options in a clear and understandable way to both adults and children.
Awesome experience for my son. He has a lot of anxiety and was switching from a pediatric dentist who retired - all the staff, hygienists, and Dr. Palmer were amazing with him.
Dr. Palmer is the absolute best! Not only is she friendly and kind but she is a skilled dentist that works with precision and care. I really appreciate her and all of her staff including my amazing hygienist. 100% recommend!
STAY AWAY : If I could give 0 stars I would. Laurie at the front desk is nothing but rude and unprofessional to myself and kids. She even hung up the phone on me and sent my return call to voice mail after I questioned why I wasn’t told the dentist would not be in the office after I agreed to an appointment change, and had tried to requested a reschedule be a priority. Constant shifting of our kids to different hygienists without communication after we schedule 8+ months in advance to remain with the one who is good with our kids. Rude front desk staff regarding schedule changes and appointments on multiple occasions. Disappointed in treatment of our family since moving our kids to the practice. Would not recommend to families.
