I have been a part of this Crossbody Fitness since April, 2022. Tried out couple of other local gyms in the past 9 years and I am excited to say that this is “IT”! I found my fitness family! The coaches are so awesome! They will help and guide you no matter what level of training you need. They are helping me to achieve my goals and they inspire me to be a better me, every day! I absolutely love this place! Thank you Rachael and the team for helping me to be a better and healthier person!
