I purchased my ATV from Crossbay back in July, and unfortunately, it ended up needing major service work not long after. From start to finish, the entire team — from the service department to the manager — was absolutely amazing. They handled everything professionally, kept me well-informed throughout the process, and made sure the work was done right. The ATV runs perfectly now. Overall, a great experience, and I truly appreciate how well they took care of me. Highly recommend!
I never write a bad review but I don’t want them to screw anyone else the same way I got screwed I financed the Ski from them & it came with warranty & I asked them what does warranty include they said anything that goes wrong with the engine & any electrical (battery speakers wires etc) so I took it thinking they keep up to their word but of course they didn’t my speakers stopped working after being in the water for the 1st day each time I call they make excuses & more excuses about the warranty so that wasn’t Fixed… Then I... read more
I recently bought a new Honda Rubicon 700 from Crossbay Motorsports. I had been looking around for a few months in a few different states and Joe gave me the best price by far. He was easy to work with and had me out of there in about 30 minutes.
Well my first impressions was a really good one. Brought my 2008 gold wing to get work done. Was greeted by head of the service department and he was a joy to speak with reassured me about what would be done and it felt good. I forget his name but he also has a similar bike as mine. Will update this review upon completion of my experience with Crossbay but it was a fantastic start.looking forward to the completion. Thanks
Dealing with the crew at Cross Bay was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in a motorcycle dealership. I have owned over 75 motorcycles and have a lot of bad experiences with other dealers. Most don't know how to do customer service Salvatore and his crew at Cross Bay are my new favorite place.
