Iv had a few bad customer experiences in my time, but these guys really raised the bar (ironically)! I travelled to Crossan Motorcycles today Friday 20th June, from the far side of Belfast, to a locked entrance door. The owner opened the door after a short wait, and proceeded to tell me that I wouldn’t be able to come in, due to there being too many people in the shop, and that they where due to close at 5pm (it was 16.14pm).
