I tried to have my new western snow plow repaired cross truck said it would be weeks before they could look at it... Why buy anything from a dealer that has no time for anyone.I would NOT refer them to anyone!

Average customer service, Poor service department. A lot of problems with a new product. Bought a new western HTS plow for my dodge truck. Picked it up after they installed it and they forgot to tighten the main plow harness on my truck. Wow! The bolts were just hand screwed on. No shoes on the blade. After 2 storms the blade maker on the left side rattled off. After 4 storms the plow lowers itself to the ground. So far they have stood behind their product and continued to fix these problems.
