They are very professional. I really liked the guys.
My truck broke down on the way to Amarillo from Ft. Worth. We were trying to get to the hospital as my mother's health was on a rapid decline. The local AutoZone guys told us to go to Cross Tire and Automative and ask for Justin. Then a guy in the line there said, "Yep, get Justin. He's a good guy." So we limped the truck down the road and found Justin. And they were right; Justin really is a good guy. Justin was AMAZING. I was traveling and got stuck in Bellevue, Texas and he met me there to get my car over to Bowie. Did an amazing job with helping me.
Great customer service!!! We had a puncture in our tire on the hwy, my husband called and was quoted $20 to patch it. When we got there they were very welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our tire was patched nicely!! When my husband was ready to pay he was told “No charge.” In Houston we don’t come across people like this anymore. Our car has been in their shop for almost two months. At the beginning they were very helpful and communicative. However, communication stopped a couple of months ago. We will call, get told the manager will call us back and never hear from anyone. This cycle has been going ok for two weeks. We have no idea what is going on with our car or what we even owe at this point. I hate leaving bad reviews, especially for local businesses, but calling has not shown to be helpful.
