The staff is great. Many staff go personally out of their way to help. For example Bill went to retrive my Bible in another city and brought it to me. The nurses acted quickly to get me to the hospital to help avoid complications with a heart issue. Highly recommend for rehab or long term care.
We had to admit my mother when she went blind and lost movement due to body muscle. From the first day they were so attentive answered questions and found answers when needed. The greeter at the door check in, The nursing staff, administrators, physical therapy and transportation helped to get our mom ready to go home after 2 months!! She is now walking and adjusting to being blind. None of this would have possible without the whole team! We can not thank you enough for bringing our mom back home!!
What an outstanding group of people who work at this facility. Yesterday, the Cross Timbers Rehabilitation Center, in Flower Mound, Texas, hosted a Thanksgiving Day dinner for the residents and their families. The decorations; the hospitality; the delicious food and the graciousness of the staff, of whom many stayed late to accommodate everyone attending, was emotionally moving, and very much appreciated. Moving a loved one into a rehab or long term care is never easy. We had so many questions. We didn't know how or who or what... then we spoke to Bill and Gina. They went above and beyond to help us navigate the decision making process. We felt such a relief to know that our family member was going to a place that showed true compassion and kindness, let alone the professionalism we experienced!
