We switched from another local skilled nursing who almost killed my mom. Everyone on staff went above and beyond to welcome us and give my mom the utmost care. Communication was excellent. We never had an issue reaching anyone and Linda worked hard getting my mom released with all the equipment and care she needed! We were fortunate to find Cross Timbers!
Always a pleasure to have them visit our establishment very respectful and always cleans up before they leave. We always look forward to having them.
I literally LOVE Cross Timbers Rehabilitation... I have experienced great care not once, but twice.. I was first there last year in 2025 n I ended up coming back this year 2026.. I specifically love n enjoy the activities the we aquire. With miss Angie as the activity director, everything works out n we have a ball. Just look at all the joy in the pictures we take on Cross Timbers website . Great place for care, fun, & love .. See all my exciting moments with all these great people....
The staff is great. Many staff go personally out of their way to help. For example Bill went to retrive my Bible in another city and brought it to me. The nurses acted quickly to get me to the hospital to help avoid complications with a heart issue. Highly recommend for rehab or long term care.
We had to admit my mother when she went blind and lost movement due to body muscle. From the first day they were so attentive answered questions and found answers when needed. The greeter at the door check in, The nursing staff, administrators, physical therapy and transportation helped to get our mom ready to go home after 2 months!! She is now walking and adjusting to being blind. None of this would have possible without the whole team! We can not thank you enough for bringing our mom back home!!
