Moving a loved one into a rehab or long term care is never easy. We had so many questions. We didn't know how or who or what... then we spoke to Bill and Gina. They went above and beyond to help us navigate the decision making process. We felt such a relief to know that our family member was going to a place that showed true compassion and kindness, let alone the professionalism we experienced!
