My 21 year daughter has an appointment this morning and when she left she called me very upset . The tech who was caring for her made her feel like she was stupid and was not just rude but mean to her. They are lucky I had a vet appointment and could not attend . I sent 3 emails on Friday, September 5, 2025. The emails included my orders for an MRI and my insurance card. I called today, Tuesday, September 9, to see if authorization was completed so that I could get this scheduled. Just like previous reviews the lady who answered the phones tells me not one email was received. I attempted to verify the email address, no answer. She did not care or try to help me. Nothing. I’m not sure on her name, but the woman who did my sonogram, was an angel. She showed me compassion, grace, and respect. I needed it with my ultrasound today. Thank you for hiring great people, even the front desk was so kind. Peaceful environment. I would give more stars if I could.
I didn’t like that no one ahead of time told me I would have a copay of $250 before I came to actually have the test done. I was there 2 days before and not once was the copay mentioned. I’m sure my bp went up before I went in for the test. I find this very lacking on staff’s part and unprofessional.
