Excellent patient care from appointment desk to Physician the best ENT I've ever been to.
Doctor did the bare minimum. Also she didnt have any time to advice me to travel or not. Called her several times and one day passed and nothing. Seems like when you pay them they do the bare minimum but any question after nothing. Their concern is how to get more money not to make the patient better. And to get more money she shoved a cotton ball so deep in my ears so it could be removed just by the doctor. More money comIng in. Cant wait for AI doctors to operate. First they say my paperwork didn't come thru. Except maybe it did, because they referenced it? So either it did, and they couldn't find it right off, or it didn't and they were guessing. Then they can't find my primary care doctor, even tho she's in the same network. Next up the digital interface to fill in the SAME DAMN PAPERWORK doesn't work. Okay, perhaps just a bad morning. THEN refuse to accept a digital copy of the insurance card, because it doesn't have the contact number on the back, even tho the receptionist is at a... read more
Dr. Ceisha Ukatu, M.D and staff (Stephanie her MA) are so pleasant and professional. They actually make a visit to the doctors office enjoyable. I can’t say enough about Dr. Ukatu’s bedside manner…she so personable and genuinely cares. Thanks so much!!!
