I gave it a 4 because I like the doctor and the girls up front are nice and friendly, but the PA or NP that I saw did not make me feel comfortable. As soon as she walked in, she gave me some weird look and asked if I was sick since I was wearing a mask....not in a concerned way. I told her I had a bad cough and that was why I was wearing it....concerned for other patients. I was there because I needed something for whatever I had, otherwise, why go there. Yes, she gave me meds I needed, but not a nice a friendly person.
Hearing exam should have been delayed , however was not . Therefore I don’t feel it was a true assessment of my hearing.
