I’ve been to other ENT offices where they seem to just want to book procedures. This office listens carefully and devises a course of action based on actual symptoms and history. Crosstimbers ENT has thoughtful, professional and wise medical professionals- from Dr Shellenberger, the PA, Jay and to the nurses and front staff. They might be busy, but it’s worth the wait!

Excellent patient care from the appointment desk to the physicians. They always try to be helpful even in difficult situations. They listen. I’ve received top notch medical care from this practice for many many years and would highly recommend them.
My visits to their offices were amazing! I had an ear infection that was overlooked by my primary care doctor that just kept getting worse. Dr. Ukatu treated me quickly and precisely. She made sure to answer all of my questions and had amazing bedside manners. Not to mention the front desk was extremely helpful and quick with it.
From the front desk to the back staff and Dr Ukatu, this is an excellent place for ENT patients. Highly recommend
