This place is phenomenal. We were stranded with a broken turbo assembly and in the middle of a two week trip from Houston when the car broke down. They ordered our part and had us on the road the next day...saving us extra down time in our trip so we could make the rest of our site seeing stops. There is a great coffee shop that you can wait in that had comfortable chairs, yummy coffee and teas and clean bathrooms. I highly recommend this place!!!!
Warning! Cars have been stolen from this shop. They may leave your car unsecured and even just in front of the shop and then text you one day saying they noticed you picked it up when you didn't! Beware this is a corporation and not a mom and pop shop. Beware the fact they have left clients cars unsecured resulting in theft. Beware they will try to blame you and deny responsibility when you run into an issue like this with them. Beware cross threaded auto and keep your cars safe!
Had our pickup A/C repaired multiple times at multiple shops. Only Threaded got it right. Fixed our 4WD in the initial inspection and replaced our worn front end parts. Drives like new. A huge Thank You to Lane who kept us informed and honored the down time and quote.
This mechanic shop is wonderful, they got us back on the road as soon as possible, and even offered us a ride to the nearby motel when it started hailing on us when they closed. The coffee shop next door is a great place to recharge while you wait, and everyone is so helpful and friendly. They even invited us to karaoke at Pizza 9 since we were stuck in town for the night!
Aaron stayed after hours to run diagnostics and change out our spark plugs and a coil. We’re driving from the east border of Oklahoma to flagstaff Arizona and we had no other options. He was kind enough to stay late and help get our car running smoothly again so we could make it to our destination safely. Aaron is good people, we really appreciate his kindness and work ethic!
