I submitted the online request for a diagnostic test on a Thursday at around 2. They scheduled me the following day. I was able to drop my truck off in the morning before work and the truck was ready when I got off work. They had to change the fuel pump. The trucks running great. I highly recommend.
I would gladly give more stars if I could! I took my car into Cross Threaded today to get the air conditioning fixed. Everyone I spoke with was so polite and professional. They explained their procedure so I would understand what they were doing, which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
