Purchased four Cooper Starfire tires on November 12, 2025. The price was $113 less for all four tires than a nearby competitor. The owners, Jill and Jeremy, were very helpful in selecting the best tire for my car as I drive about 6,000 miles annually. It only took about a half hour for the work to be done. For 8 years I have come here. Never had a problem. But this time he was a total jerk and chastised me for buying tires online and having him install them. He said he doesn't make money on installs. I said "every little bit counts" He replied "No it doesn't". Reluctantly he installed my tires. They charged $117. So that $117 is nothing to him and not worth his time.
