I am expressing my concern regarding my recent appointment with Dr. Jenise Yue. During the consultation, I politely inquired whether I should continue my follow-up care with her or return to my family doctor, as Dr. Yue mentioned that my ultrasound report indicated my condition was stable.In response, Dr. Yue raised her voice and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner, which I found both unprofessional and distressing. Dr. Yam is the best OB! She treats her patients with great respect and care. Her surgical skills are excellent—the incision was very well done. She was gentle and reassuring throughout the pre-op preparation and the surgery itself. I truly felt supported and safe in her hands. Follow up: I had my C-section with Dr. Yam, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! Regarding Dr. Monica Brunner - Over the past year, my family members' concerns and calls went unanswered, necessary procedures were delayed, and no meaningful solutions were provided. Unfortunately, this lack of responsiveness and follow-through contributed to a situation that led to an ER visit with a life-threatening condition. I hope this feedback encourages a greater commitment to timely care, empathy, and patient well-being in the future.
