Dr. Yam is the best OB! She treats her patients with great respect and care. Her surgical skills are excellent—the incision was very well done. She was gentle and reassuring throughout the pre-op preparation and the surgery itself. I truly felt supported and safe in her hands.

We had an incredible experience with Cross Roads. Dr. Wong provided fantastic care and support throughout my pregnancy and our delivering doctor, Dr. Belanger, was excellent as well. A big thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of us!

I was suppose to have surgery with Dr. Lalani but I took a homeopath and naturopath approach. My 3 cm polyp is gone after taking homeopath and not eating red meat, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and lots of veggies. Horrible experience with Dr. Yarlagadda twice. Even one star is generous imo. Visit one - concerns of pcos and hairloss. Got lectured of having kids instead. Visit two - Concerns of BV. took swab samples and promised to call back. One month later - no call back and the lifelab results say results are unreliable due to delay in receiving samples. Absolutely zero regard for patients time. Extremely disappointed. Avoid at all costs.

Disappointing and Dismissive Care Several years ago, I visited Dr. Jennifer Yam’s practice for a pelvic ultrasound. Due to an urgent need to use the washroom, I was unable to complete the procedure properly. Instead of compassion or accommodation, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Despite explaining the situation, my appointment was not rescheduled, and I was seen by an attending physician who hastily diagnosed me with PCOS. Years later, I continue to struggle with severe symptoms, including recurrent cysts, bowel is... read more
