IMO, the greediest clinic in BC. Would give it 0 stars if I could. I had an iron fusion appointment with Dr. Korsa. I showed up to my appointment before time. Turns out we couldn't go through with it due a sudden change in my medical condition (which I could not have known about or anticipated before and they acknowledged that). Even though we couldn't do the appointment, the super greedy (in my view) Dr. Korsa still charged me $80 for a 15 minute appointment, which was not even a real appointment or consult of any kind. Dr. Kristen Brown is my favorite doctor. She is thorough, caring, patient and compassionate. She explained my treatment plan(s) and answered all questions I had. I am so grateful for the care she has provided.
