They say this is a walk in clinic but when I walked in they said they had no appointments available. Garbage.

I’ve been a patient at Crossroads and under Dr. Angela Lee’s care since the pandemic era; before that, it was my go-to walk-in clinic. They took me on during a medical emergency, and I’ve trusted them with my ongoing care ever since. Appointments are easy to book by phone (though I do wish they offered an email reminder system), and the front desk staff are consistently responsive and follow up when needed.
