If you're seeking hormone replacement therapy, I recommend you find another provider. I received care from Crossroads & over the course of two years was overdosed on Testosterone. If I didn't have people in my life to ask questions, which prompted to me to ask more questions, & I wasn't overly interested in my health, I never would've known that this care was inappropriate for me. Initially 2 years ago this place was amazing. Now with this "new system " everything is terrible. Zero communication from anyone who works there. They also seem to not bill insurance correctly. What happened? Please do better .

I have had nothing but great experiences here. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff has always been sweet. I have seen both Dr. Powell and Dr. Elaine and they both have been phenomenal. They are who I hope all women get to experience their doctor. They recognize the sensitivity that these appointments surround and are there to answer any questions.
