Great front staff and great doctors!
They have switched over to a new system and have dropped the ball on carrying for their patients. Being on hold for 45 minutes. Not answering portal messages for weeks. Poor service.
I have been a patient, for close to, if not more than a decade. I have referred over 20 people here and that’s not even an exaggeration. I have been so happy with my care and providers up until more recently. However, their communication at this office is terrible, now. Unacceptable, really. I will no longer to be able to refer patients knowing how they will not even have simple concerns and issues addressed when needed in a timely manner.
