I was with them for not even a year yet the first worker I had didn't do anything made a bunch of excuses not to meet and to cut meetings short after 1 minute into them. The second one was nice did the work. Then the changed people on me never got a hold of me or anything to let me know. The knew worker never got ahold of me I spent 2 months trying to get ahold of my second worker to have her tell me that info. That's not her fault it is the other staffers fault. My opinion it's not worth going through them for services
I have known most of the folks at Cross Roads for about a year now and without a doubt (in my opinion of course) they are some of the most dedicated and caring people I know. Highly recommend them to anyone who is seeking case management services!
The staff at Crossroads are very friendly and one can tell that they try to put their all into caring for others.
