Every experience I have had at cross roads has been amazing, they go above and beyond every time. Alex is always sweet and caring with our Guinea pigs for their nail trims, she does an amazing job! Dr Rae and their team of amazing people took such great care of my hamster when he almost lost and eye and months later he can see again because of their quick action and amazing care, they always make a point to get my animals in quick when needed! I’ll never go elsewhere!
Absolutely the best vet hospital. Dr Pringle and her staff are amazing. They look after our boys Hammie, Porky, and Pigsley with the utmost care and respect. You will never feel like you are just a number. They take the time to explain everything, answer all your questions and they give the 4 legged babies undivided attention. I highly recommend Dr Pringle and staff to take care of your pigs, dogs, cats etc. You will not be disappointed. Laurie
We’ve been there twice and both times the vet has been wonderful with our animals. My main issue is with how we were treated. When we got there we were told they weren’t ready for us and we’d have to wait in the car. We told the receptionist we don’t have a car and she was shocked. She told us we can’t wait in the front room because it’s against their policy but she didn’t have anywhere for us to go and expected us to wait outside in the middle of winter.
