I haven't been with this clinic for long, I will say I find the Receptionists very nice and easy to get a long with. I suffer from Chronic Anxiety which is a nuisance and can be difficult for other's dealing with me also, I accept this. I find Christine straightforward and honest in how she approaches you and explaines thing's to you especially about your procedure. My First time to this dentist and from booking in to examination my experience was 10 out of 10 Thanks Anne for showing urgency to my situation and getting me an appointment so quickly Nadia & Christine were a wealth of knowledge and I will my dentist in the future Thanks Team
Made inquiry through call 11:57 am @ 5 March 2026. The lady answered my call was so rude. I asked about quotation, she gave me the details which is good then I asked the earliest available date to book. She said "for what?" with that sarcastic tone. Then I told her for the consultation/exam. I thanked her & I said I will call again. She slammed the phone down! It was loud and really rude. Of course I will never call again! If she's not happy to work today, go home and take a leave!! Or find another job!
I had my appointment booked 6 months in advance, and was only told the day before that they couldn't do it because one of the girls didn't work there anymore, and that the next available appointment was another month away.
