It's hard to say I'm happy with a service, when that service means I lost my best friend. But I really don't have any complaints. The wooden box is beautiful, and while reviews had me worried about the paw print, mine came out really well. The little indentations from his claws broke my heart, just because they feel like more proof that it was "him." In 2024 I used their services for my Gussie boy and they did a wonderful job. This year, 2025, my Sage of 15 yrs passed so I entrusted them with my Sage. When I picked up Sage I was so disappointed at the poor quality of her paw print because it's very shallow, has an indention line going across the bottom left side of her print and had areas that looked broken. I used this service through my veterinarian and I was more than pleased. The care and packaging of Punkin's remains was lovely. I will remember all my pets this way in the future.

Although we did not use the services due ONLY to logistics and my wife not wanting to transport our Khloe. I am leaving this review because Sheila answered every email and phone call with professionalism, understanding, and compassion. I will definately refer anyone I know who needs her services.

We didn't know what to expect when we picked our dog, Shadow, up. The consideration, thoughtfulness and care that was put into take care of him was evident. My husband and I were quite emotional as we went through the bag. The paw print, the fur clippings in a fairy jar, and lastly, the amazing wooden box with Shadow's nameplate on top was way more than we imagined. Thank you so much for taking care of our furchild, he was so special to us, and we appreciate it immensely.
