I called Cross Restoration on Wednesday July 15th, and they said they won’t be able to come out until the following week. I said that was okay and gave them all my info. After not hearing from them, I called on July 24th in the morning and he said he would be out that afternoon at 4pm for an estimate. He NO SHOWED!! I grew up in the construction world, and know that when someone has this pour of honesty and no respect for others time, they are a horrible business.

I recently requested a quote from Cross Restoration and Construction for a complete commercial awning replacement with an expedited timeline. Mark responded promptly, thoroughly assessed the scope of the project, and provided a professional, well-priced proposal before the deadline. Impressive!

Mark was the best contractor I have ever worked with. He was very professional, kind, and did great work. He was also great at communicating and letting me know where we were in the process as well as giving a clear timeline and sticking to it! Would 100% recommend and use Cross Restoration again.
