We have had a great experience so far. Jennifer is so responsive to our needs and takes care of business right away. I've recommended Cross Pointe to several others I know in the market for new home or auto insurance.
Do not, I repeat do not, use this company and in particular Deborah Moorman for any of your insurance needs. Sounds harsh, right…. It is not, let me explain? Deborah is dismissive, talks down and over her clients, and most importantly you only hear from her when it’s time to renew. This time for our apartment complex it was $10k more per year. Steve Murphy & Associates is hands down the insurance company you want for all your coverage needs. I was fortunate enough to be a client for a period of time under Steve Murphy himself. He is a really great guy. His staff is just as great too.
