Best fueling spot and delivery company! Always the best service!
Customer service is horrible. Every time I have called them for kerosene they never no when the can come and dont schedule an appointment. I just wait for them to randomly show up to my work regardless of whether or not I might be busy. Then when the guy showed up he had the nerve to tell me not to call and bug them they will show up when they show up and was an a hole with a bad attitude. Who tells there customers not to call? I was even friendly with them on the phone
Called ahead to get a price on a couple barrels and I was very specific to the type of barrel I was looking to purchase. Quoted $40 for something I can get for $20 in Sacramento but agreed to it for convenience reasons. When I got there they charged me $60 and when I suggested they charge me what they quoted the staff would not and gave me a patronizing attitude.
