I had a very unsatisfactory experience here. One portion of my problem was just getting them to contact me about my referral. My referral was recieved in May. I contacted them in July since i hadn't been contacted by them and was told i'd be contacted by the end of the week. Two weeks went by. I called them back again and was told id be contacted within 24 hours. Nope. I called again and was Informed that I didnt qualify for services. I was under her care for a long time and she is amazing, knowledgeable, listens, and she cares about her patients and willing to go the extra mile for you...wish I still had her
Recently went here for back pain. Dr.Cross went over my XRAY's & MRI's thoroughly and explained everything to me in a very knowledgeable and understanding way. We ended up concluding with an agreement to do a simple procedure. 5 days later I was in and before I knew it everything was done. Throughout the entire process I couldn't have been more comfortable.
