Updated: Your reply lacks common sense. Why would anyone go see a physician if that physician does not perform a specific procedure.??? I was attempting to see if I could make an appointment as a new patient, but wanted to first see if the doctor first performs a specific type of procedure. I've been going to Cross for various things, including botox, for years. A couple of years ago, I moved over an hour away, so while I was hesitant to switch providers, I attempted to find something a little closer. Had an injectable service done at a place closer to me that I was not happy with, so I decided to go back to the injector at Cross I was previously seeing despite the long distance.
