I called Andrew with a problem we were experiencing with our church gas pack. He quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and came out today to confirm what he suspected. Someone had the wrong thermostat on our unit so whether you selected heat or air both ran simultaneously. He replaced the thermostat with a new one that I can control from my phone.
