I was so pleased with the service from the first call with Kathy to Lee coming to see if the work I needed could be done and to the installation with Tylor and James who were so nice and did a great job I was so please with their work so curtesy and helpful I would recommend Cross Mechanical 110 percent thank you for exceptional service
We had a wonderful experience with Cross Mechanical. Kevin was thorough and professional in visiting our home and explaining everything. Kathy and Chrissy are great communicators. Eddie, Alex, Dean, and Jerry were excellent from demo to startup of our 2 new Trane units. You can’t go wrong here!
Had to call Cross Mechanical as my AC was not working. Everyone I dealt with from the lady in the office to the service techs, were polite and helpful. They came that afternoon, diagnosed the issue and carried out the repairs quickly and efficiently. I have never used them before, but you can guarantee I will be using them again. Highly recommend.
Mark and the team installed a new Trane unit today. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When they were done, you could not tell they had been here - in other words they did a great job cleaning up. This firm has really impressed me and I would highly recommend them.
