I have had three dogs treated at Cross Lanes over the past 10 years. Every visit with each dog has completely addressed our needs. Whether the visits were an emergency or planned, the doctors--and staff--have consistently been very knowledgeable, reassuring, effective and pleasant. I just needed xrays on my dog. My pet was seen by Starcher-Garlow, DVM. She said to my dog that I don't take good care of him. She also wasn't very knowledged as I knew what the issue was and said so as she continued to say other things. As I said it was an x-ray so the image was displayed on a screen. How is it a veterinarian is unable to read an x-ray. Brilliant conduct if you wish to have a repeat patient.
