I just joined today and I am so glad I did! My first session was with Adrian and he did a great job guiding me through the workouts step by step. I absolutely loved the atmosphere and overall concept of guided, circuit based workouts! Jazmine and Jesse (owners) also did an excellent job answering all of my questions and made me feel so welcome! I have no doubt I made the right choice and looking forward to starting my fitness journey here 😀
I’ve been training at Cross Kicks Fitness for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! The trainers are amazing knowledgeable, motivating, and always encouraging you to push your limits. If you are looking for a great gym with great people, this is the gym for you. The people here are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
In the last year I’ve noticed myself getting stronger and my endurance has improved significantly! Looking forward to the next year!
The coaches are always willing to show you the workouts, which are pre-planned for each day. Love the energy here, and highly recommend for someone looking to start out. It's been a year since my original review and I am still here, still loving this gym. Come on and join!
