It’s one thing to be fired from this place without being allowed an explanation to the situation but to be fired via telephone when I was admitted to the hospital for a severe illness. Very professional.
Great place when I started working there then went down hill fast. Management is horrible. I was there 6 years and never was given any opportunity to grow. Instead they give management positions to people that should of never gotten the opportunity or shouldn't even be still working there. People stealing equipment. Stealing time. Poor planning. Awesome demonstration of love, dignity, healthy aging and advancing quality of life
I have been working there for over 2 years now and trying to get full time because I absolutely love it. It's nice to have a job that you feel appreciated for, to hear the words thank you is just something you don't hear in other jobs. The residents are my apart of my family that make me smile every day, it's nice to make a difference ❤️
