I wouldn't even bother applying to this place. The 3rd party company they use that according to the property manager only handles background checks and shouldn't have had any of our other information emailed us with financial and credit information. They don't say anything about a required credit score in the application but will deny you for low credit. And back to the 3rd party they use had me as unemployed even though I provided current pay stubs and they had the income wrong. BE CAREFUL....I'm not sure about the legality... read more
