If you book an appointment for 9am, you are pretty safe to turn up around 10-10:30. You could be the first patient of the day and they’ll still run 30 minutes late. They barrage you with SMS notifications to make an appointment for results, whether you’ve had tests done or not. If you just need a vaccination with the nurse, they try to make you see the doctor afterwards, for no other reason other than to charge you twice. It’s expensive for poor service.
Dr Arora was kind and understanding. I usually get worried about doctor appointments but I felt heard and understood. Barely had to wait in the waiting room either. Thank you so much :)
I booked an appointment 1 week before and 2 hours before I got messages you have to update your card details I was busy and couldn't see that message. When I was going for appointment I got messages your appointment has cancelled because you didn't update your card details even changed my doctor without any information. It's really disappointed.
I'd wait 50 minutes after my time and go home and use other doctors not recommended
Booked an appointment for 9 am back in February this year for a suspected skin cancer on shoulder. Went there and they let three other people in before me whose bookings were after mine. When I asked why, they just shrugged their shoulders and were not interested. I contacted their main office at Paragon Medical and the reception said management would call me back to resolve this. They never did. Will be lodging an official complaint with the medical ombudsman.
