HORRIBLE business since the merger with Planters. My son had HUNDREDS of dollars missing after the weekend of the system change over. They basicaly told him there was nothing they can do!! I have been on the phone all day trying to find someone to help. Finally found a super nice lady at the branch in St. Joseph that got to the bottom of it and found over $700!!! It's very obvious the people in the local branch do not care, even the manager was aware and did not escalate this matter.
They’re the best people. So nice and they live next to us.
My mom has used Cross Keys Bank most of her life. I also used them when I lived in Sterlington. The staff are friendly and genuinely want to help their customers. If you live in Sterlington or the surrounding area and are looking for a bank, I would recommend Cross Keys.
